Pampanga's Giant lantern Festival

This is the scene from the mall grounds of Robinson's Starmill Pampanga where the Annual Giant lantern Festival was held. Hubby wanted to see it firsthand and since I was game I obliged. Left malabon around 5:30 and got there by 7:30. Too bad though, we werent able to secure a seat which we found out was reserved for VIP's. 

We patiently waited outside amidst the sea of people also waiting to get a glimpse of these attraction. They were not kidding when they said GIANT lanterns because they really were enormous. Too bad the organizers failed to upgrade their sound system because we could hardly hear anything from were we were. We will definitely come back next year but this time I'll ask the hubby to secure comfortable seats first.
